demonstrates proficiency in land use planning and design,
project layout, vehicular and pedestrian circulation, open
space and
recreation,
storm water management, traffic engineering, erosion and
sediment pollution control, environmental
engineering, landscaping, lighting
and utility layout, sanitary sewage disposal,
water supply and municipal plan
processing. Knowledge of land use regulatory
controls at the local, county,
state and federal level is a hallmark of our

In the public sector, SBI's registered
professional engineers, surveyors
and planners are versed
in municipal administration and operations such as
infrastructure requirements, construction
management, inspection and code
and ordinance enforcement, including
